A command bar you can type into or talk to
Press F2 anywhere in Easyy Accounting ERP and say what you want: a screen, a party, an item or a document number. It opens it, or answers in the bar, without anyone hunting through menus.
People who know what they want, not where it is
An accounting system grows a long menu. The person at the counter knows they need the party's balance or last month's invoice; they should not need to know which group and sub-menu it lives in. The command bar is for them, and for anyone who would rather type three words than click five times.
- Counter and billing staff checking a balance before they sell on credit
- Accounts staff opening documents by number all day
- Owners who want a quick answer without running a full report
- Teams that work in Hindi or Hinglish as much as in English
Screens, documents, parties, items and ready questions
The bar works from the same rights and branch as the person using it, so it only ever offers what that person could open from the menu anyway.
Open any screen
Type part of a screen's name and pick it. The list is the user's own menu, so nothing they lack rights to appears.
Open a document by its number
Type the document type and number, such as PI 419. It knows 17 kinds: Purchase Invoice, Sales Invoice, Purchase Return, Sales Return, Receipt, Payment, Journal, Petty Cash, Sales Credit Note, Sales Debit Note, Purchase Credit Note, Purchase Debit Note, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Challan, Goods Receipt and POS Bill.
Ask about a party
See the party's balance right in the bar, or open their statement of account or their outstanding bills.
Ask about an item
Open the item's stock balance, its batches and expiry, or its stock ledger.
Ask a ready question
Payments due today, top debtors, bills older than a number of days, post-dated cheques this week, stock expiring in a number of days, and today's sales.
Find parties, items and bills
When the words are not a command, it searches parties, items, sales invoices, purchase invoices and POS bills you are allowed to see.
Four steps, and nothing happens behind your back
Press F2
From any screen. The bar opens over what you are doing.
Type or speak
English, Hindi or Hinglish, in Latin or Devanagari script; Arabic on a UAE branch. The microphone uses the browser's own speech support.
Check what it understood
It shows its reading of your words before anything opens. If two parties or items match, it lists them instead of guessing.
Open it
Pick the result. A spoken command never runs by itself, and results stay inside your login branch unless you ask for all your branches.
Rule-based, and honest about what it heard
The command bar does not use AI to interpret what you say. It works from fixed rules and the names already in your books, which is why it can show you exactly what it understood and why it asks rather than guesses when a name is ambiguous.
Saying “sab branch” widens a question to every branch you have rights to. Where a browser has no speech support, the microphone simply does not appear and typing works as normal.
Questions we get asked
Does the command bar use AI?
No. It is rule-based: it matches your words against fixed commands and the names in your own books, and shows what it understood before anything opens.
Which languages can I use?
English, Hindi and Hinglish, typed in Latin or Devanagari script. On a UAE branch, Arabic is offered too.
Can a spoken command change or post anything?
No. A spoken command never runs by itself. The bar shows what it understood and waits for you to pick the result.
Will it show data from other branches?
Only if you ask and only for branches you have rights to. By default it answers for your login branch; saying sab branch widens it to all your permitted branches.
What if my browser does not support voice?
Then the microphone is hidden and you type instead. Everything the bar does works from the keyboard.
Try it with your own party names
On the demo call, press F2 and ask for one of your own parties or items, in English or Hindi.
