Three things that make the first conversation useful
None of this is required. It just tends to make the difference between a vague chat and a conversation that gets somewhere.
- How many branches, and in which states. This decides most of the structure, and it is the first thing we will ask.
- What you are running today. Spreadsheets, a desktop accounting package, a billing tool, or nothing yet — all of these are fine answers, and they change the migration conversation.
- Which part currently hurts most. Purchase entry, stock and expiry, collections, or the month-end close. We would rather fix that one thing well than demonstrate everything.

What happens to what you send us
Anything you send through the demo form on the homepage — name, company, work email, phone, country, branch count and your message — is used to reply to you and to understand which modules might suit your business before we talk. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
The privacy policy sets out what is collected, how long it is kept and how to ask us to delete it. If you would rather not fill in a form at all, the phone number and email address above work just as well.
