Easyy Accounting ERP is built by a small team in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, for the kind of business we spend most of our time with: Indian distributors and traders who buy in quantity, sell on credit, and have to answer to GST every month.
The ledger was designed first
Most business software for this market starts from the screens and works backwards to the data. That is why so much of it treats a trading company as a generic template: one tax rule, one country, one branch, and a customer list that lives somewhere alongside the accounts rather than inside them.
Real distribution does not fit that template, and the workarounds are always the same — a spreadsheet kept on the side, a month-end adjustment nobody can explain, two lists of parties that have to be kept in step by hand. Each one is a symptom of a structure that was decided before anyone asked how the business actually runs.
So the ledger structure was built first here, and the interface follows it. That is a less exciting design story than most, and it is the reason the awkward cases behave.
Four decisions that shaped everything else
Parties are ledger accounts
Every customer and supplier is a real chart-of-account ledger, so the books and the party list cannot drift apart — and a party who is both is one record.
Rights are roles, not passwords
Edit and delete rights are set per role and per module, with an automatic audit log on every change. There is no shared override password.
Companies are provisioned
Each company gets its own dedicated database carrying only the schema for the modules it uses — lighter, and impossible to leak into another company's reports.
Branches are real
A branch carries its own country, state, city and tax registration, which is what lets tax be resolved at the transaction rather than patched in at reporting time.
Scoped, not sold
We would rather provision four modules that get used than eleven that look good on an invoice. Every engagement starts with a demo walked through your actual sales, purchase and collection flow, and ends with a module map and a quote scoped to your branches and country mix.
That occasionally means telling a business that what they have already works, and that moving would cost more than it returns. We would rather say that at the beginning than halfway through an implementation.
You tell us what you actually do
Not what the software category says you do. The awkward parts are the interesting ones.

Core ledger always; inventory, orders, POS, banking and payroll only where they earn a place.
We provision a workspace
A dedicated company database scoped to your branches, currencies and tax registrations.
You go live and keep growing
Add-on modules provision into the same database later, so the second branch or the retail counter is not a second project.
